I'm a PhD researcher in data visualization at Linköping University (Sweden). I earned my master’s degree in Interaction Design in 2023 and, over the years, I've worked on a range of projects, from digital educational tools co-designed with children to e-commerce platforms and banking solutions.I was born and raised in Brazil, and that experience shaped a unique perspective on the world. It taught me that everyone has a story to tell, and how important it is to stay open to new ways of seeing. As a designer, I strive to create thoughtful, playful, and inclusive experiences that invite broader and deeper participation.

During my master’s in Child Culture Design, I found a real love for the mix of education and technology, especially how digital tools can spark creativity in kids. I started working on EdTech projects using different research methods with and for children, often through co-design, where the user isn’t just a user anymore but an active part of the design process. That approach has been central to my work ever since.
Later, I did a master’s in Interaction Design to expand my design skills beyond children’s contexts, thinking more about usability, accessibility, and human-computer interaction. Now, as a PhD researcher in data visualization at Linköping University, I’m exploring how we can design visual tools that help people make sense of complex information.
Whether it’s through playful learning tools or data visualizations, I’ve always been drawn to making things that invite people in and help them engage more deeply.
Outside of design and academia, I'm passionate about history, travel, games, working out, and making things, both on-screen and offline. Feel free to reach out, I'm always up for a chat or a collaboration when I have the time!
